PRB Meetings

The policy review board is a branch of OCHC. It is made up of representatives from every residential building, OCHC, and Hill management. It is chaired by the president of the OCHC E-Board, and meets every Tuesday in Hedrick Residential Restaurant.

The purpose of the Policy Review Board (PRB) is to bring issues and concerns from residents to Hill administrators.

Concerned about where the ingredients in the dining halls are coming from?

Ask the PRB.

Want to figure out new water saving techniques for the bathrooms on the Hill?

Ask the PRB.

Want to make suggestions for the awesome theme dinners that happen every year in the dining halls

Ask the PRB.

Here’s how it works. First, if you have a concern that deals with any of the dining restaurants or about residential buildings located on the Hill, bring it up to your building’s Dining and Environment (D&E) representative. The problem will be discussed at the next D&E meeting and if it is discovered that the problem or issue cannot be solved by the building’s management, then it will be taken to the next PRB meeting. Finally, if the problem is found to be affecting a large portion of the Residential Community, then steps will be taken to solve it. Hill management is always happy to listen to questions and concerns, so, please, do not be afraid to bring them to the attention of your representative. It’s your community. You should build it.
